California Employee Mileage and Expense Reimbursement

California employees who are required to drive their own vehicle for purposes of employment need to be reimbursed by their employer under California Labor Laws. For example, if the employer owned a pizza restaurant and offers deliveries to it’s customers, then the delivery drivers need to be reimbursed for the mileage if using their own vehicle. The approximate mileage reimbursement is .50 cents per mile. If you are a California employee and are required to use your own vehicle, or provide a cellular telephone without reimbursement, you may be entitled to a great deal of money. California Wage Law Attorney, has handled numerous expense reimbursement matters and will fight for your rights.
